Sauteed Shrimp-Green Bean with Soy Sauce Recipe

Sauteed Shrimp-Green Bean with Soy Sauce

Who loves to cook shrimp? I don't like processing it, I prefer to eat it straight away.

As I recall, this is the first time I've tried sauteed shrimp with vegetables, especially green beans.  This bean shrimp stir fry has an authentic seafood taste with a mix of fresh green beans.  You can use other vegetables if you don't like green beans anyway.

This is one of the most delicious Paksu (my husband) recipes, in my opinion. So, I'm sharing the recipe below.

Ingredients:

 • 2 cups of shrimp
 • 10 sticks of green beans
 • 3 lemongrass stalks
 • 1 spring onion
 • 1 segment of galangal, thinly sliced
 • 1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped
 • Oil for frying
 • Salt to taste
 • Enough water

How to cook:

  1. Peel the prawns and separate them from the heads.
  2. Take the inside of the shrimp head and remove the shell.  Blend the contents of the shrimp heads with the addition of a little water.
  3. Cut green beans into two parts and fry in a little oil until slightly wilted and slightly shriveled then remove.
  4. Saute minced garlic, lemongrass, and galangal until fragrant.
  5. Add the soy sauce, shrimp, and shrimp heads that have been blended, and mix well until the shrimp are almost cooked.
  6. Add pieces of green beans, stir well, and stir-fry until cooked.
  7. Add salt and taste, serve and enjoy.
The addition of a blended shrimp head makes this shrimp stir-fry sauce thick and savory.  I hope you can enjoy the delicious recipes above at your home.  Let's, try it!
